I was sitting at my desk minding my own business when, all of a sudden, the image and taste of chocolate covered marshmellow popped into my head. It's this candy that I used to eat when I was little, in China. The marshmellow filling is considerably fluffier than the kind we get in the US, and not as sweet. The chocolate, well, is just some generic milk chocolate that's got so much impurities that it probably doesn't even melt if you heat it up. But combined, the taste is heavenly, or maybe just in my mind.
I didn't even know I still remembered it. Now I can't get this image out of my head. Must find chocolate covered marshmellow, must find chocolate covered marshmellow. Darn it, I'll make it myself if I have to!

hmmm, don't think i have ever had it... maybe u shud try making it...
Hi Lynn,
I know the feeling and so does my human Brian. For me, I get waking dreams about that really soft puppy food I used to eat about 4 months ago (you see, I'm a puppy that's only 6 months old)
And my human, well he gets food flashbacks as well, mostly flashbacks to when he was a kid in Germany - he get a glaze in his eyes and starts mumbling something about chocolade and freshly made gummi bears just out of the oven that they use to serve in cone-shaped holders fashioned out of newpaper.
Oh I wish I could have some of that soft puppy food again!
Over and out, Cal
Hello Cal,
I am sure my dog Libby dreams about yummy bones and jerky too because sometimes she smacks her lips and makes sucking sounds in her dream.
Never had fresh out of the oven gummy bears (didn't even know it existed) but that must be nice.
