Fall is upon us!

My beautiful pumpkin roll. So moist and fluffy and the nice orangy color! Yummy!

Ooooh, those look perfect! Lynn, would you mind sharing the recipe? My bread and rolls always get a little too brown, even if I cover them with foil. Why are yours so darn pretty?!

Yes, I meant to post the link but forgot.

I usually drape a damp towel over the dough when they rise, and for this recipe, I baked at 375F(190C) for 15 min instead of 400F.

Also, if you make it, you might have to adjust water/milk amount depending on how dry your pumpkin is. I steamed mine, instead of boiling it as in the recipe, so my mashed pumpkin was quite dry, and I had to add extra water to make the dough stick.

Also, remember to cut the recipe down in half. These rolls are huge, and you definitely do not want to end up with 12 of them at one time.

Sorry, I just spotted your rolls again and I'm getting hungry! They really are tempting looking. But I have too much bread already. Must wait patiently. Sigh.
