The marshmallow fr...Hi Lynn, wow these sound good. The marshmallow frosting is not sickeningly sweet, like that store-bought stuff. But it is considerably sweeter than say, sweetened whipped cream. I think the marshmallow topping goes really well with the slightly salty peanut butter cake, and you don't need to put too much.<BR/><BR/>The general rule is 1 to 1 1/2 cups frosting for 12 cupcakes.
